Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup soy or Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or regular)
To Make Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients (oil, lemon juice, soy/Worcestershire, brown sugar, and all seasonings) until well mixed.
- Add chicken drumsticks to a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Close the bag and massage the marinade in for a few seconds.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes—for best flavor, marinate for 2–12 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange drumsticks in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5–10 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
